Read a comparison well

Positive and negative point changes indicate allocation differences, not better or worse performance. A newly selected ability may require a weapon, pet, form or a trigger. Expand the rank text to check those conditions. A lower-level build can legitimately contain fewer points; compare levels and Talented ranks before drawing a conclusion.
